PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite signal receiving system capable of removing more properly a noise included in a received satellite signal. SOLUTION: A navigation device 12 transmits an initial setting signal to a GPS receiving device 1, and then transmits a discrimination signal of a peripheral apparatus 13 functioning as a noise source, and the receiving device 1 analyzes a received signal by a frequency analyzer 15, allows an oscillator 17 to output an oscillation signal having an analyzed frequency and power intensity, adjusts a phase by a phase shifter 6, synthesizes it with a noise received by an element 2, and allows a memory 18 to store a phase whose signal level output from the frequency analyzer 15 becomes the lowest, together with the frequency and the signal intensity. When the discrimination signal of the peripheral apparatus 13 functioning as the noise source is transmitted thereafter, the receiving device 1 reads out the frequency, the power intensity and phase information stored in the memory 18, sets the oscillator 17 and the phase shifter 6, and synthesizes the oscillation signal with the received signal, and the navigation device 12 performs A/D conversion of a signal given from the receiving device 1, and removes a noise by a digital filter part.
