<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image device capable of suppressing the increase of the traffic of a network 102 and reducing a storing capacity of a memory device for data, and an output method of an imaging signal and a monitor camera system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The movement of an object is detected based on a reference image BIM (S7) and when the reference image BIM is twentieth sheet (S9:YES), a reference image BIM is outputted to the network 102 (S19). When it is not the twentieth sheet (S9:NO) and the movement of the object is not detected (S11:NO), a partial image BIM of the reference image BIM is outputted to the network 102 (S15). Furthermore, when it is not the twentieth sheet (S9:NO) and the movement of the object is detected (S11:YES), the reference image BIM is outputted to the network 102 (S17).
