<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching and detaching a fixed base and a case in which the case is attached to and detached from the fixed base with one hand and the volume inside the case is enlarged. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A structure for attaching and detaching a case 12 and a fixed base 13 is constituted of the fixed base 12 fixed on a fixed member and the case 13 attachable to and detachable from the fixed base, wherein an engage part 13A formed on one side of the case 13 is removably engaged with an engage part 12A correspondingly formed on one side of the fixed base 12, and an engage hole 13g formed on the other side of the case is formed so as to be removably engaged with a lock pawl 12g formed on the other side of the fixed base.
