<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a sound attenuation member, which is for preventing rattles between a concrete gutter and a lid and for attenuating sound, has been difficult to fix with ease and reliability to the concrete gutter and that a type of sound attenuation member previously embedded in a concrete gutter has been difficult to replace with ease when degraded and damaged. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By providing a circumferential or helical protrusion groove for the outer circumference of a protrusion part of a cushion member to be inserted and fixed to a recession hole provided for the upper surface of a lid hanging part of a concrete gutter, it is possible to reliably fix the cushion member to the concrete gutter. In the case of embedding the cushion member as a sound attenuation member when the concrete gutter is produced, by using a cushion member having a helical protrusion groove at the outer circumference of the protrusion part of the cushion member, it is possible to easily replace the cushion member by its screw function.
