<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater storage/penetration system which can facilitate the removal of foreign matter by eliminating a step at an end of a foreign matter receiving frame. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This rainwater storage/penetration system S comprises: storage/penetration facilities 1 which allow the storage or penetration of the rainwater; the foreign matter receiving frame 2 which is laid on the lower section of the storage/penetration facilities 1; and an inspection hole 3 which is installed in close vicinity to the storage/penetration facilities 1 so as to remove the foreign matter stored in the foreign matter receiving frame 2.
