<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a large stress from occurring in an adhesive agent for joining the outer wall section of a glass holder and a glass if a component force pushing out the bottom end of the glass outward is generated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An adhesive agent filling section 56 is formed in the upper part of the outer wall section 26C of the glass holding section 26 of the glass holder 20. The urethane adhesive agent 52 charged in the adhesive agent filling section 56 is thicker than the urethane adhesive agent 52 charged between ribs 26D. If a component force pushing out the bottom end edge 18A of the door glass 18 outward is generated in the bottom end edge 18A, a tension generated in the urethane adhesive agent 52 accumulated in an adhesive agent filling section 56 is relieved to prevent a large stress from occurring in the urethane adhesive agent 52.
