<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strake capable of reducing the air resistance and the lift to a vehicle by lessening the running wind blowing against the wheels. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The strake S installed in front of each wheel 4 of the vehicle A includes an air jetting nozzle 3 which is located ahead of the wheel 4 for jetting the air with a prescribed pressure. The arrangement further include a vehicle running condition sensing device 1 to sense the running condition of the vehicle A and a controller 2 to control the amount of the air jetted out of the nozzle 3 and the jetting pressure.
