<p>The inventions relate to pharmacology, in particular, to the production of biologically active chlorine compounds. The inventive photosensitiser for photodynamic therapy exhibits long storage- stability, increased operational properties and consumer characteristics and has an extended storage life as a medicinal preparation. The photosensitiser contains e6 chlorine with N-methyl-D-glucamine and sodium at a molar ratio of 1:2:1, and a cryostabiliser, wherein the photosensitiser structure corresponds to structural formula (I). According to the second invention, the method for producing a photosensitiser for photodynamic therapy involves suspending e6 chlorine in apyrogenic water, adding, while agitating, a calculated quantity of N-methyl-D-glucamine and sodium hydroxide (NaOH), filtering the thus produced e6 chlorine salt solution, adding a calculated quantity of cryostabiliser therein and lyophilizing it.</p> |
