PURPOSE: A composition containing Cervi parvum cornu extract is provided to suppress gastric acid and colony formation of Helicobacter pylory. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting Cervi parvum cornu comprises: a step of extracting powder of Cervi parvum cornu using ultra sonic wave with chloroform:methanol (2:1) at 30 minutes; a step of centrifuging the extract at 15 °C, 500 x g for 30 minutes to separate supernatant and precipitate; a step of collecting supernatant (organic layer); a step of concentrating at 0.5 bar to obtain 20 mg of oil soluble powder of Cervi parvum cornu; and a step of maintaining at -20 °C.
