PURPOSE: A printed circuit board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the protruding area from being formed on the register by forming through regions which have different intervals according to the heights. CONSTITUTION: An insulating member(110) forms the outer tube of a printed circuit board. An electrode(120) includes the first and second electrodes(121,122) on the insulating member which are distanced from each other. The first and the second electrodes are reclaimed inside the insulating member. The register(130) electrically connects the first and the second electrode. The register is formed on the surface of the insulating member in the form of the thin film. The insulating member includes the first and the second regions, and the third region(III) formed between the first and the second regions(I, II).
