PURPOSE: A system for measuring displacement of a structure is provided to estimate collapsible time of the structure by measuring the displacement of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A displacement measuring unit(110) measures the displacement of a fixed measure point on a structure. A time detection unit(120) detects the time period for measuring the displacement. A data storage module(130) stores and transmits the displacement and the detected measurement time of the measured structure. A data processing unit(140) receives data from the data storage module, compares to a reference data value and analyzes reliability of structure.
