PURPOSE: A pozzolan cement for dental cement is provided to ensure excellent chemical resistance and rapid curability and use as a filler for dental treatment. CONSTITUTION: A pozzolan cement for dental treatment comprises active silica material, bismuth oxide silica, sulfur trioxide or aluminum oxide/ferric oxide. The volume ratios of the bixmuth oxide, silica, ferric oxide, and aluminum oxide/ferric oxide are less than 30%, more than 17%, less than 4% and more than 2%, respectively. The pozzolan cement further comprises zinc oxide. |
