The binder has a retaining bracket (11) fixed at a disk brake and extending transverse to a brake pad. A cable holder (20) fastened to the retaining bracket and a side (13) of the retaining bracket facing the brake pad forms a cross section closed by a partial length of the retaining bracket for passing a signal or control cable (21). The cable holder has a cross web (26) at a length (L) forming the closed cross section, under which a flat spring (12) arranged in a longitudinal direction of the bracket is fed and the flat spring is supported against the retaining bracket in a springy manner.
