<p>The element (1) has a structural back pallet (2) made of molded plastic material. A covering material frame (3) is placed opposite to a front surface of the pallet. A housing unit (4) houses a cord (5) by sliding, and is arranged in a periphery of the frame, where the unit is formed by a hemline. A peripheral zone (6) of the frame is folded against a peripheral zone (7) of a back surface (13) of the pallet. A blocking device (8) is integrated in the back surface of the pallet, and permits/blocks the sliding of end parts of the cord in tightening/loosening direction of the cord.</p> |
