PURPOSE: A skewered dumpling and a preparation method thereof are provided to enable a consumer to easily and conveniently eat dumplings hygienically. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a skewered dumpling comprises the following steps of: preparing a filling ingredient(S10); arranging a skewer in a molding frame so that the skewer crosses cavities of the molding frame(S20); filling the cavities with the filling ingredient to form unit dumplings(S30); separating the unit dumplings from the molding frame(S40); covering the unit dumplings with viscous gel-like dough(S60); freeze-drying the dough-covered dumplings(S70); and repeating the covering step and drying step at least twice. |
