PURPOSE: A multi-functional mobile communication terminal system is provided to realize a function suitable for a person by changing a terminal function according to a health condition of the person having a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional mobile communication terminal system includes a speech signal control unit, a transmission unit, a switching unit and a central control unit. The speech signal control unit equalizes and sets sound quality and a signal level of a sound volume per each frequency band of a received sound properly for a hearing ability of a person with a terminal. The transmission unit outputs the equalized speech signal through a speaker or an earphone(119) of the terminal. A program is set up in the central control unit to realize each function.
