PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing emulsion fuel is provided to lower ratio of heavy oil and minimize the generation of pollutant. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing emulsion fuel comprises: a step of micing 3 weight parts of water and 3 weight parts of charcoal based on the 14 weight parts of heavy oil; and a step of mixing emulsifier containing heavy oil, water, and charcoal powder to the mixture. The emulsifier of emulsion fuel comprises 90 wt% of sorbitan monopalmitate, 8 wet% of polyethylene oxite, and 1 wt% of propylene glycol monolate. |
