PURPOSE: A feet bathing agent containing Chinese herb for improving controlling blood pressure and improving sleeping is provided to prevent and treat hypertension and insomnia. CONSTITUTION: A feet bathing agent for improving sleeping and controlling blood pressure contains 20-25 % of Leonurussibiricus Linne, 15-20 % of Zizyphus jujube var., 17-22 % of Prunella vulgaris var. lilacina, 18-23% of Cnidium officinale, and 0.7-1.2 % of Cinnamomum camphora. The feet bathing agent is obtained by pulverizing the herb at 100-300 mesh, a stirring uniformly, sterilizing with covalt 60 for 10 to 24 hours, and packaging.
