PURPOSE: An X-ray inspection apparatus of a liquid crystal display getter is provided to shake the dust of a shutter by comprising a clean unit at a predetermined position of an index unit. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray inspection apparatus of a liquid crystal display getter comprises a frame(1100), a controller, an input unit(1300), a bowl feeder(1400), an index unit(1500) and a pickup device(1600). The controller is installed in the frame to input/output a control signal for controlling the operation of each element. The input unit inputs the control signal to the controller. The bowl feeder operates by the control signal of the controller and is installed in the frame to arrange and supply getters in plural columns. The index unit is placed at one side of the bowl feeder. |
