PURPOSE: A rotation quantity of a rotary switch and a rotation direction measurement method and an apparatus thereof using electromagnetic induction are provided to reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying entire structure. CONSTITUTION: A rotation quantity and rotational direction measure system of a rotary switch include a rotating unit(210), a fixing unit(220) and a controller(230). The rotating unit is rotated by an operator. The fixing unit is fixed at the rotary switch. An electromagnet is fixed inside the fixing unit. A coil(224) rolled with an electromagnet is connected to the controller. The controller includes the input unit and the controller. The controller determines the rotation quantity and rotational direction of the rotary switch according to the change of a voltage. |
