PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fruit wrapping paper by rapid-cooling is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by maintaining high productivity gains based on automation, and to intensity durability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fruit wrapping paper by rapid-cooling includes a coating process. The coating process comprises the following steps of: gaining a coating agent by injecting yellow soil in paraffin wax in a raw material mixing step(S10); supplying the coating agent of the fixed amount while maintaining uniformity in a raw material supply step(S20); applying the coating agent continuously while moving a paper material(S30); and solidifying the paper material in which the coating agent is applied(S40).
