PURPOSE: An expansion joint replace method of construction of the bridge deck using water-swellability lime compound is provided to crush the concrete structure rapidly and to minimize the affect of noise, vibration, and the dust generation to the peripheral structure. CONSTITUTION: An expansion joint replace method of construction of the bridge deck using water-swellability lime compound comprises following steps. In the perforation hole(11) hole step, the perforation hole of the some extent thing is drilled in the concrete surface of the expansion joint part. In the bit string hole step, the bit(12) is punched in the outer side of the perforation hole in the direction in a line with the joint line of the bridge. In the buried step, it lays the perforation hole under the perforation hole. In the crushing stage, the concrete structure is crushed with the tension of the high pressure the water-swellability lime compound is supplied. In the decimation stage, the crushed concrete is removed. In the exchange step, it replaces by the new expansion joint the splice plate installed in the expansion joint is removed. |
