<p>The circuit breaker has a line-protection circuit breaker (2) and a residual current-operated component (4) which includes switching toggles (6,16) for operation of respective latching mechanisms (8,14). The latching mechanisms are coupled by coupling elements (10,18) e.g. slide, such that the coupling element (18) acts on the switching toggle (6) of line-protection circuit breaker with respect to the switching toggle (16) of residual current-operated component, pivoted in predetermined lead angle in direction of connected position. An independent claim is included for method of providing full circuit-breaker protection based on line-protection circuit breaker and residual current-operated component.</p> |
