Mortar composition, method of preparation thereof and use thereof

Ready-mix mortar composition in the form of dry powder comprises: a powdered and granulated binder; optionally an additive and/or a common adjuvant; particles having partly fine particles that produce dust; and a fluid additive (having an agglomerating capacity) containing a non-polar organic hydrocarbon substance to agglomerate the fine particles. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of the composition comprising mixing powdered and granulated binder, optionally additive and/or common adjuvant and adding the fluid additive to the obtained mixture before, during or after the mixing step; and (2) a mortar, coating, screed coat and a high-bond mortar prepared using the composition.
