The fixation element has an open side along which retention projections are formed. A fixation plate (4) is sized in a manner to be inserted inside a sectioned rail through the open side in a position in which the plate is engaged in the projections by pivotment, and a mounted position. The plate is connected to a support frame (6) that is opened parallel to the plate and separated with respect to the plate. The frame has tabs (14) that are arranged between the projections of the rail in the mounted position.
