PURPOSE: A separation type chassis top using Al alloy for extrusion and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use existing press equipment to perform a joint work, thereby reducing costs. CONSTITUTION: A separation type chassis top using Al alloy for extrusion and a manufacturing method thereof comprise the following steps. A separation component of Al material which is separated into two or four is manufactured through an extrusion process. A hole and a protrusion are combined. The combined hole and protrusion is pressed to join separation components.
