PURPOSE: An electro-hydraulic power pump apparatus is provided to implement an EHPS function without an expensive sensor by employing only engine rpm as control factor. CONSTITUTION: An electro-hydraulic power pump apparatus includes an ECU and an electric power assembly. The ECU(3) generates a motor driving signal for generating hydraulic pressure based on engine rpm. The electric power assembly(4) is composed of a voltage stabilizer module sensing the voltage supplied to the power module through a power filter, a motor controller(5) embedded with a microcomputer module which generates a motor driving signal, a motor(7) generating power based on the control value generated in the motor controller, and a power pump(9) which operates the tie rod with the linear motion through the rack it which is rotated by the power to generate hydraulic pressure and circulates the hydraulic pressure to a gear-box.
