摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid, simple and highly precise concentration measuring method of lactic acid utilizing an enzyme immobilizer excellent in long-term stability and low in analyzing cost using a system which uses D-lactic acid dehydrogenase to produce NADH. <P>SOLUTION: In the concentration measuring method of D-lactic acid, the flow of a buffer solution is formed (2), a sample is injected in the flow of the buffer solution (3), a D-lactic acid dehydrogenase and NADH oxidase mixing immobilizer (5) is brought into contact with the buffer solution on the downstream side of an injection point and the concentration of an electrochemically active substance in the buffer solution after the contact with the mixing immobilizer is measured (6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
