<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature storing apparatus for marine products which enables the cryostatic storage of commodities comprising a large-sized frozen fish such as frozen tuna and fresh fish such as fresh tuna having a temperature of 0 to 2°C in a wholesale market. <P>SOLUTION: This low temperature storing apparatus for marine products is constituted of a cooling table 10, a heat-transfer unit 31, and a heat source machine unit 11. In this case, on the cooling table 10, marine products of the fresh fish such as frozen tuna and fresh tuna at 0 to 2°C and are mounted. The heat-transfer unit 31 forms a low temperature surface on the mounting surface 20 of the cooling table.
