PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an array substrate for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to maximize the process efficiency by etching a molybdenum system metal/aluminum based metallurgy double film and an indium oxide film at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an array substrate for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) comprises the steps of: forming a gate electrode on a substrate; forming a gate insulating layer on the substrate including the gate electrode; forming a semiconductor layer on the gate insulating layer; and forming a pixel electrode connected to a drain electrode.
