<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable individual client terminals to display received images without delaying other processings. <P>SOLUTION: Each client terminal 2 reports environmental information indicating the static performance of the client terminal 2 and operation information indicating dynamic performance to an image distributing server 1 via a communication network 10.
