<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional mobile terminal which is small-sized without damaging portability, including a video phone or video camera function, pen input function, and data communication function for simultaneously sending scenery that a user watches, and user's own expression. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal comprises a device body unit 10 including a microphone 18, a key operating unit 17 and an image and voice radio transmitting/receiving function 54; a rotary shaft unit 30 comprising a video camera 33 and an operating dial 34; a video display unit 21 which is capable of displaying video captured by the video camera 33, received images and an input operation picture and comprises a touch panel; and a flip unit 20 comprising the video display unit, a CCD camera 23, a speaker 24 and an operating button 22. The rotary shaft unit 30 comprises an opening/closing shaft 31 for connecting the device body unit 10 and the flip unit 20 to rotate relatively to each other and a rotary shaft 32 for connecting the flip unit to rotate laterally differentially from said rotating direction and when the flip unit is opened and rotated laterally, the mobile terminal is used as a video camera with monitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
