PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable valve actuator capable of adjusting the opening/closing timing of a valve and a distance of a lift without changing positions of a driving cam and a camshaft, and capable of easily adjusting the opening/closing timing of the valve by a simple internal constitution and high in the adaptability of a product. SOLUTION: This variable valve actuator opens and closes the valve of an engine by pressurizing a locker arm by receiving the transmission of force from the driving cam. The variable valve actuator includes a swing arm having one side having a rotatable structure and connected to the engine, and a pressurizing means which has one side in contact with the locker arm and the other side rotatably connected to the other side of the swing arm, and is pressurized by the driving cam to pressurize the locker arm.
