The system for filling tubes (2) in a tube-filling machine comprises a closed-ring line (L) activated with alternating motion which bears holders (1) destined to receive upturned tubes (2), with an open end (2B) thereof facing upwards in order to receive a nozzle (14) destined to inject into the tube (2), after raising of the holder-tube group, a batch of a liquid or paste solution. The nozzle (14) is supplied by a volumetric filler, a cylinder (5) of which is connectable, with consent of an associated switching valve (11), either with a product supply tank (12) or with the nozzle (14). The holder (1), the piston (6) of the volumetric filler and the switching valve (11) are activated by corresponding electric actuators (17, 16, 15) by means of a command, management and control unit (100) according to data (Y 1 , Y 2 , Y 3 , Y 4 , Y 5 ), processed by the unit (100), respectively defining a format of the tube (2), the diameter of the cylinder (5) of the volumetric filler, the viscosity of the product (4), the batched amount of the product and the number of tubes to be filled per unit of time.
