COOLING APPARATUS USING SEAWATER IN A VESSEL

PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus of a ship using seawater is provided to reduce the cost of parts and power consumption by cooling the cooling water using a single cooler and a seawater pump. CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus of a ship using seawater comprises a cooler(110), cooling-water circulation units(120,130), temperature sensors(140,150), and a controller. The cooler lowers the temperature of cooling water using seawater. The cooling-water circulation units supply the cooling water from the cooler to a cooling object and control the amount of the cooling water bypassing the cooler. The temperature sensors measure the temperature of the cooling water supplied to the cooling object. The controller receives sensing signals from the temperature sensors and controls the cooling-water circulation units to make the temperature of the cooling water to the set temperature.
