METHOD FOR ATTACHING REINFORCE TO BOTTOM PLATE OF THE EXCAVATOR ARM

PURPOSE: An installation method of a reinforcing member is provided to increase fatigue life of an arm bottom plate by preventing stress concentration of the bottom plate. CONSTITUTION: A double reinforcement plate(22) is adhered to a bottom plate(11) using an adhesive(30) and fixed by welding a reinforcing rib(21). A connecting hole is formed on the double reinforcement plate and the reinforcing rib. The adhesive is coated on one side of the double reinforcement plate. The reinforcing rib is adhered to the double reinforcement plate. A bolt passes through a connecting hole of the reinforcing rib and the double reinforcement plate. A nut is screwed at end of the bolt.
