PURPOSE: An initial rainwater treatment apparatus is provided to prevent water pollution and maximize rotating force of rainwater and facilitate the treatment of foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: An initial rainwater treatment apparatus comprises followings. An inlet port(111) for the water inflow is formed at an outer tub(110). An inner tub is built in the outer tub and an opening part is formed at one side of the inner tub. A waterway part(130) is installed between the outer tub and the inner tub and is spirally connected from the inlet port to the opening part. A center shaft(140) is built in the inner tub and an outlet port(141) for rainwater is formed at one side.
