PURPOSE: A boiler for discharging cold water and mixed water by using a thermo valve and a plurality of water outlets and a warm water supply system of an instantaneous water heater are provided to reduce the waste of water by preventing cold water from being thrown away until the mixed water flows out. CONSTITUTION: A boiler for discharging cold water and mixed water by using a thermo valve and a plurality of water outlets comprises a circulated water pumping control zone(10), a distribution control zone(20), and control zones(40,60,80). In the circulated water pumping control zone, a warm water/circulated water pump is installed inside a hot water boiler(11) and an instantaneous water heater in order to control the circulation of warm water and circulated water when a circulated water pump operating switch is pushed. In the distribution control zone, a cold water distribution pipe and a warm water distribution pipe are formed.
