PURPOSE: An overseas factory construction and an operation method for increasing productivity are provided to increase productivity and quality of the product without a manufacturing process by shortening cost. CONSTITUTION: An overseas factory construction and operation method is as follows. An iron shot factory such as the steel-frame factory required for the construction of the overseas factory is built in one side of an overseas factory construction site(110). The material required for the overseas factory construction is directly manufactured in the iron shot factory. The overseas factory assembles the material produced in iron shot factory. |
