PURPOSE: A camera image processing apparatus and image processing initialization method are provided to reduce the failure rate due to the performance deviation, dramatically. CONSTITUTION: A camera image processing apparatus comprises a camera module(10) which includes a lens(11), an image sensor(12), and a feature value storage unit(13). The image sensor converts an optical image received from the lens into a video signal and then transmits it to a video signal processor(20). The image sensor and video signal processor are connected through a video signal bus and a control bus. The video signal is delivered through the video signal bus and a control signal through a control signal bus.
