PURPOSE: A skipping rope is provided, which prevents braid of a rope by the smooth rotational structure of the coupling element which connects the handle and rope. CONSTITUTION: A skipping rope comprises a pair of handles(10) equipped with a through hole(14) in the center in the longitudinal direction; a rope which is connected to the handles and has a predetermined length; a holder(26); and a length adjustment element. The holder fixes the external diameter of the bush. The length adjustment element forms an orthogonal hole which makes rotation free by being inserted in the external diameter of the rotation axis and prevents the rotation axis from being separated from the orthogonal hole.
