PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device comprising fluorene derivatives in organic layer thereof is provided to exhibit low driving voltage, and high luminescent brightness and luminous efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent device comprises multiple organic layers with organic layer and light-emitting layer, which are interposed between anode and cathode. The organic layer is selected from the group consisting of hole-implant layer, hole-transport layer, hole-blocking layer, electron-transport layer, and electron injection layer. The multiple organic layers contain identical or different fluorine derivatives on two or more organic layers thereof. The fluorine derivative is represented by formula 1.
