The element i.e. oil control valve (1), has a connecting region (2) accommodated within a hollow rotatable component i.e. hollow cam shaft (3), and a through-hole opening (18) axially formed in the connecting region. An entry zone (4) is attached to the connecting region, and flows in a control section (6), and a calibrating element i.e. pivot, is attached to the through-hole opening, and includes central or eccentric calibrating opening. The calibrating element is arranged within the element and the rotatable component, and the entry zone is provided with a filter element (17).
