<p>Transdermal therapeutic system comprises a back layer (1) and a reservoir (2) situated on the back side comprising an active agent, polyisobutylene, a gelling agent and a softener, where: a part of the active agent in the reservoir is present in the form of undissolved particles; the amount of the gelling agent in the reservoir is at most 4 wt.% (relative to the total weight of the reservoirs); and the active agent is fentanyl or its analogous compound.
