PURPOSE: A mobile agent system and a method of sending a message in the mobile agent system are provided to enable partial nodes among visit nodes of a mobile agent to keep location information of the mobile agent, thereby reducing keeping costs of a message transmission time and location information. CONSTITUTION: A method of sending a message in a mobile agent system comprises a mobile agent generating step, a mobile agent transferring step, and a mobile agent message sending step. A mobile agent is generated in the mobile agent generating step(S210). A mobile agent having the first node as a managing node moves to the second node in the mobile agent transferring step.
