PURPOSE: A roller cleaning device and a printing device using the same are provided to clean a roller without swelling. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning roller(20) cleans the surface of a roller(2) and is contacted with the roller. The roller is comprised of elastomeric material thermally processed in a temperature more than a temperature for using. The cleaning roller is a rubber roller of the low hardness. The cleaning roller has a pressing device pressing the roller with low clamping force.
