PURPOSE: A medical tapping tool is provided, which forms a female thread in the hole of the bone tissue to insert a fixture in the desired direction. CONSTITUTION: A medical tapping tool comprises a tapping part(30) which forms the female thread in the inner circumference while the male screw is formed in the outer circumference and rotates around the medial axis; a handle(20) which is prepared in the upper part of the tapping part; and a picking unit(40) which is prepared in the bottom side of the tapping part and collects bone particles which are generated when the tapping part forms the female thread in the inner circumference of a hole while rotating.
