METHOD FOR VERIFICATING ACCURACY OF AERIAL LIDAR DATA

PURPOSE: A method for verifying the accuracy of aerial lidar measured data through the t-verification is provided to improve the reliability of aerial lidar measured data by verifying the accuracy of the data statistically through T-verification method. CONSTITUTION: The method for verifying the accuracy of aerial lidar measured data is as follows. The horizontal values and vertical values of multiple locations to be measured are obtained from a ground survey. The horizontal values and vertical values of the multiple locations are obtained from an aerial survey. The differences between the vertical values of the ground survey and the vertical values of the aerial survey are calculated among a plurality of sample data. The T-verification method is applied to the differences, the accuracy of the vertical value by aerial lidar method is verified.
