PURPOSE: A veneer floor board structure with natural flooring paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate transportation of veneer floor boards and to prevent delamination after construction by previously attaching natural flooring paper to a cut veneer board. CONSTITUTION: A veneer floor board structure with natural flooring paper comprises a step of oxidizing a mixture of flax seed oil and rosin in an oxidation boiler(ST1), a step of mixing the oxidized mixture with wood powder, limestone, and natural pigment(ST2), a step of oxidizing the mixture in the oxidation boiler(ST3), a step of rolling the oxidized mixture(ST4), a step of attaching natural fabric woven using fiber of more than one selected from hemp, ramie, and linen to a soft flooring paper formed by the rolling(ST5), and a step of dry-aging the fabric attached soft flooring paper for 7~21 days(ST6). |
