Proposed device comprises casing, nuts, washers and explosive representing circular shaped-charge with V-shaped recess and electric detonator with wires. Cylindrical device represents a tube with dampers-filters arranged on its faces and consisting of casing and central sleeve jointed to casing with the help of radial spikes, while the gap between casing and sleeve if filled with indestructible filtration and damping material. Holder for aforesaid charge consists of two flanged washers and plugs that stop washers holes. Aforesaid plugs are arranged on one axis to move along aforesaid tube. Limiting washers locked by nuts are fitted on both end faces of the tube. Flanged washers shaped-charge holder are made from vibration insulator material. ^ EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions. ^ 3 dwg
